Service Description

One two hour session for children to learn the basics of digital camera handling and creative framing in a local park setting. Your child will learn: - The basic operations of a DSLR camera - How aperture, shutter speed, and ISO function and work in conjunction with each other - The best way to use Aperture Priority and Shutter Priority camera modes - Ways to improve the composition of their photos Each child will have access to the following equipment during the length of the session: - A Canon DSLR camera - A standard "walk-around" zoom lens - A telephoto lens - A fast prime lens - An ultra-wide lens (shared between participants) - A macro lens (shared between participants) We will review the photos each student took and discuss them - discussing what they liked, and what they think they might do differently next time. At the end of the course, the student will get to keep the SD card with the photos they took.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Participants will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the photography class. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class. Inclement Weather If the photography class must be canceled due to inclement weather, participants will have the option of receiving a full refund or rescheduling the session for a future date.
